It's a 12-month offline training program combining 6 months of classroom instruction with 6 months of on-job training, designed for engineering, architecture, and management graduates entering project planning, controls, and governance roles in the Energy & Infrastructure sectors, backed by a 100% job guarantee on stamp paper.
Who is eligible to apply?+
B.Tech/BE graduates in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, EEE, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering, along with B.Arch and MBA graduates, are eligible for the program.
Does the program really guarantee a job?+
Yes, the program includes a 100% job guarantee on stamp paper. During the 6-month on-job training phase you receive a stipend of ₹25,000 per month, and freshers are placed with a minimum starting package of ₹5 LPA.
What does the program cost, and are scholarships available?+
The program fee is ₹5,00,000 plus GST. Scholarships of up to ₹1 Lakh are available, awarded based on entrance exam and interview performance.
Which software tools will I learn?+
You'll get hands-on training in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Advanced Excel, Power BI, TILOS, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, the core toolset used by project planning and controls teams.
Will you teach Resource Loading / Analysis in Primavera P6?+
Yes. Resource Loading / Analysis is covered as part of the hands-on training in Module 4: D01 – Primavera P6.
Does the program cover in detail how to set up an Earned Value Management (EVM) system?+
Yes. Setting up an Earned Value Management (EVM) system is covered as part of Module 3: C03 – Progress Measurement & EVM.

Yes. This is our offline, in-person Project Management & Controls Program conducted at our Noida Corporate Office. It includes a 100% Job Guarantee for eligible candidates. Protecon also offers a separate Online Training program for professionals and students who prefer remote learning. However, the online program content is limited to the Planning to Billing process only.
