This 2-day classroom program helps participants draft effective construction contract clauses and manage risk and disputes on infrastructure and construction projects. Covering contractual arrangements, risk allocation, time and delay clauses, variations, boilerplate provisions, and special circumstances, every topic is correlated with real-life challenges in the EPC environment.
