Arun, a NIT Allahabad Alumni, is a Project Controls Professional with multi-sector Turnkey and Design-Build Contracts’ experience, having been associated with growing organisations in India and Abroad, focused on continuous development; directing and leading the Team in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment to achieve overall corporate and business objectives.
With a distinguished career spanning 40 years, Arun brings extensive expertise in Project Controls encompassing Project Management, Project Planning, Contract Management, Cost Controls, Risk Mitigation, Claims Analysis & Management, Profit & Loss Management and exposure to high technology environments. He has been involved in the execution of multiple Projects and Contracts running concurrently to very tight schedules, requiring strategy planning for timely multi-disciplined engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and completion of projects, safely and within Budget.
Arun has worked with Suez (Degrémont), Lurgi, Technip, PDO (Oman), UHDE, CB&I (Lummus), Toshiba, NPC (Iran) and McNally implementing Projects and Contracts from a broad vision of industries in Refineries, Oil & Gas Sector, Petrochemical Plants, Water & Waste Management, Chemical Industries, Mineral Beneficiation, Power, Steel, Cement, Colliery and Material Handling Plants.
Arun has multi-cultural exposure having worked in or with Clients and Contractors from India, France, Germany, Japan, Russia, USA, Netherlands, CIS Countries, Italy, Korea, Sri Lanka, Iran, South Africa, Zambia, Middle East, Oman and Vietnam.
Arun has the proven ability to secure full engagement and alignment of key stakeholders, with a “can do” attitude and strategic and objective approach to identification and mitigation of risks, bringing in the Owner and Stakeholder perspectives.
