Protecon BTG Pvt. Program dates, timings, venues, instructors, schedules, agendas, and delivery formats including offline, online, or hybrid modes may be changed without prior notice where necessary for successful delivery of the program.
Participants will be informed of significant changes using the contact information provided during registration.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If Protecon BTG Pvt. Ltd. cancels a program and no alternative batch, schedule, venue, or delivery option is accepted by the participant, a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled program will be provided.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund requests resulting from participant absence, personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or voluntary withdrawal may not be eligible for refund unless specifically stated in the applicable program terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Protecon BTG Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, programs, services, or content.
7. Third Party Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, software platforms, or service providers. Protecon BTG Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
